£560 Million Funding For Schools Announced
The ESFA announced today that they will be providing an additional £378m to local authorities, larger multi-academy trusts and large voluntary aided school bodies to spend on improving the condition of their schools.

The remaining £182m has been provided for Condition Improvement Fund 2020/21 projects. This will fund a further 580 CIF Funding projects at 548 academies, sixth-form colleges and voluntary aided schools. Outcomes can be found on the link below.

An appeals round for CIF is still expected to go ahead in September, with £5m currently allocated for the appeals.
